My father past away without a well, been married twice, and divorced twice and remarried first wife.

First marriage 2 boys 38,32 years old

Second marriage 2 boys 16,17 years old

First wife still alive

How we share his stuff legally

a decedent's surviving spouse basically splits the estate with any children not of both of them. If there were any kids with second wife, they split the estate with whoever was his wife at the time of his death. If a decedent was unmarried when they died, the decedet's children Obviously, there are many variables that can change the determination of heirship. Therefore, you should personally consult with a probate attorney in the area where you father lived.
