Father of my son kicked me out an will not let me see my son. We're not married . What can I do to get my son?

Call the local law enforcement authorities and have them meet you at the place where your son is located to "keep the peace" while you take custody of your son. Nothing you have mentioned indicates that the "father" has any legal rights to the boy.
