Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri
My fianc is not on any of the paperwork or records for his daughter at the doctor or dentist. We were told by someone that if he isn't on the paper as her dad that he didn't have to split the bills with her mom. She has her mom as the emergency on everything. He can't get any invoice for payment through them at all.

If the mother is denying the father access to medical information, without Court permission, she is violating his parental rights. But, that does not excuse him for paying his share of legitimate health care costs. The remedy is to take Mom to Court, possibly seeking a Contempt Citation. As for the doctor dentist, he can take the custody Order to this offices, and let them know that he might sue them for assault, if they touch the kids again without his permission. If the current Custody and care Order says Dad gets healthcare information, it it's up to him to protect his rights. V If the isn't such an Order in place, he needs to hire counsel to address that situation.

What is the question? Has he filed suit to establish paternity, custody, child support and health insurance?
