Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My fiance and I have been together for a year and a half. We have a 3 month old son together. We are splitting due to our differences and he is threatening to take me to court so he can have full custody of our son. We are not married, but he is on the birth certificate. Will the judge grant him full custody?
