Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri
I have been with my fiance for 7years and at no time have we ever discussed needing a prenup. 13 months ago he had an affair and I found out. We decided to go to therapy and work things out. He asked me to marry him and he surprised me with a prenup! This prenup keeps my name off of every property we have and car and if we divorce I leave with nothing. Even the house we have shared for 7years I have no right to. Is this a fair prenup?
