Fighting over a co owned car

I am a co owner with my ex wife. The car is still financed with me as the primary and she makes the payments. But she wont get it refinanced and it is hurting my credit to have that car on my credit. I need to know if I can take the car legeally or force her to get the car refinanced. I am in the military, stationed at Ft. Hood, Tx and she lives in Kansas City, Missouri. Please Help

The lender may not agree to the refinancing. it's pretty hard to finance a used car at favorable rates. As long as she is making the payments, you have no right to repo the car.
