Can I file for child support if I live with the parent of my child

If the other parnet is paying rent or the mortgage, and a significant amount of ht eutilities, etc., it sounds like you would end up owing child support to them. Therefore, be careful before you file for support. You might want to consult direclty with a family law attorne in yrou area. Many offer a free or low cost initial consultation.
