Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

what do i file now ? my husband had a lawyer respond to my divorce papers and he claim now that he is denieing every allegation and all so wants me to pay for the divorce.. my husband has an income i have not worked in three years and have been waiting for surgery on my left side arm shoulder wrist and elbow..my husband knows this. i can't get work untill this has been taken care of...ihe took all of our money when he left..i have no money for medicacations, doctors, household or food...he is so lieing ..so what do i file now?

You may need to hire yoru own attorney. They may be able to demonstrate the marital assets in such away that your husband would pay for the divorce and both attorneys.
