Where to file to reduce child support?

I live in Missouri and my ex-wife lives in Kansas, which state would I need to file in to reduce my current child support order?

Your post does not tell us where the child support order was issued. If it was in Missouri, then that is where you will need to pursue a modification. Otherwise, in whatever state it was issued.
