Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

Filed for divorce and now fighting for custody of ore 3 kids, my wife says I have to continue to pay 100 % of bills until we are divorced, what happens legally if I pay only half, I want to have my kids as much as I can legally, she says she decides when and if I get to see them, my lawyer seems to be letting her lawyer call all the shots, what can I do? Thank you

Hire a more aggressive attorney, one who will fight for you, not one who will just roll over.

I doubt that your lawyer is letting your wife's lawyer "call the shots", but you have every right to consult with some other attorney. That attorney should advise your attorney that you are seeking a "second opinion". If he objects, something is wrong. After your consultation, you may decide to stay with your present attorney, or hire someone else. Feel free to contact me directly. I've been fighting custody battles for 38 years.
