Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I have filed for a divorce and my wife has been served, however she is not responding. If the divorce proceeds what will happen with child support/custody issues?

If you do not have an attorney then it will be up to you to arrange for a default hearing 30 days after your wife was served, prepare the parenting plan, calculate the child support and the judgment and of course your income and expense statement and statement of marital and non-marital assets and debts. If you are represented you need to talk to your attorney about the process.
