Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I filed for divorce 5 years ago, but my husband's atty is stalling. What can i do to get the property divided and settled. We were married 42 years and i have been a homemaker the whole time. My husband hasn't paid ss in on me, and so i have no income of my own to claim. We have acquired substantial property and income in the marriage.
