I filed for modification of spousal support and ex wife filed for bankruptcy? How does that affect my modification ruliing?

Court Oders for child support or maintenance are not dischargeable in Bankruptcy. However, the law requires that all other pending litigation stop when a Bankruptcy Petition is filed. You may be able to get a Release from the Stay Order of the Bankruptcy Court in order to proceed with your Motion to Modify.
