Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I filed a paternity action. The father has not been served yet. If he has the child when served is her residence then his or is her residence where she was at when it was filed? does he have to bring her back after his visit?

If the biological father has not been determined to be the legal father then he has no rights to visitation at all in the first place. In fact, until he has obtained court ordered rights of visitation, he does not have a legal right to have physical custody of the child.
