Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I need to find a way to get my baby back. My baby has lived with me all her life and I let her go with her mom on the weekends.Butlast weekend her mom keep her and told me that she does not have to give her back to me she has lived with me all her life, How can i get my baby back PLEASE HELP

Are you the legal father of the child? Is there a Court Order determining custody rights concerning the child? If not, then you may need to go to court to obtain a Judgment.
