Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri
How do I find a lawyer that will help a dad fight to keep his children from the sister of his recently deceased wife? I drive the bus that his two children ride on to school. He has no idea what to do to fight her. She has served him with some type of papers already. I do not know many of the details but today he asked if I knew how he can find a lawyer. I do not so I want to know is there someone there who can help? Thanks

Where is this case pending? Did the sister of the deceased wife file some Petitition for an Order of Protection, or did she file some Petition seeking a Judgment granting her custody of the children? Either way, the sister must believe that she has some reason to do so. On what basis has she claimed any rights to the children in the first place?
