Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

In the form 14 what is considered an extraordinary expense? My divorce was finalized in 2005 and my kids are now teenagers involved in band, 4H, and sports. The entry fees, instruments, maintenance, camps, gear, etc are adding up. I am interested in modification of my divorce, but not sure if it is worth the legal fees. Legal advice would be appreciated:)
