form needed where to find
I am needing to fill out a ''next of Friend'' application/ form something. I have received NO help from the courts as to where to get this to do, however, my case is on hold until i do it? please help!!! thank you!

There may not be a preprinted blank form for you to simply "fill out". If you provided a bit more information as to why, or for what type action you need a next friend desigantion, you might get more help. Are you the Plaintiff in an action where a minor is an interested party? Are you trying to bring a case on behalf of a minor? Each has different requirements.
