Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My friend is going through a divorce and her husbands attorney is threatening to subpeona her cell phone records. What information could be got this way?.(text content, texts sent/received, calls made)? and what could be used to incriminate against her? She claims nothing went on until they seperated due to husbands infedelity, but husband wants to find that she had an affair. After the seperation there may be some texts exchanged. Can information after the seperation still be used the same?

"What information could be got this way?"

Elementary school English should have taught you that the proper way to ask this question would be "What information could be gotten this way?" Or, even better, "What information could be obtained this way?"

It is increasingly frustrating to continue to read questions from people who do not care enough to even use proper English.

On a legal note, maybe you should let "your friend" ask her own questions to her divorce lawyer.
