Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

Is the GAL in my custody biased and unethical? She sends pictures of my son to the other parent, talks to him on the phone but does not reply to my concerns by email, tells him to take pictures of my sons bottom before he drops him off because i have accused him of sending him home with rashes, did a walk through at my house and not his, advises me and the courts to send my 1 year old NURSING son who is showing signs of separation anxiety on week long overnight stays out of state. Makes me feel horrible and my ex states "GAL is wonderful to me" if i dont agree with my ex on his desires regarding time and date changes with my son he states" well Im gonna have to call the GAL then"
