Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri
I gave my daughter to her dad 3 years ago cause I wasn't in a good place from one place to another I kept our son cause he wasn't in school yet I get my daughter every other weekend n he gets the kids on the other weekends n everyother holiday the basic agreement n now my kids dad is not living right there is drugs n his girlfriend does not treat the kids right I have no proof of the drugs but I know they are there what are the chances of me getting full custody of my daughter back n what do I need to do to get her back?

Your question does not tell us all of the information we wouldneed to know in order to provide much guidance. Were your married to the children's father at the times that they were born? Is there a Court Order dealing with custody? If so, then you will need to file a Motion to Modify that Judgment. If not, you may need to file a suit in order to obtain a Judgment. This is definitely something which should be handled by an attorney.
