Are there grandparent rights in missouri? because my sons grandmother is threatening to take me to court because she doesn't come see him and is saying that I don't let her come see him. I never once told her that she couldn't come see him. She does it all on her own. I don't know what to do. Please help.

Various laws do provide some grandparents some rights in certain situations. In your situation, if the grandmother wants to file a suit alleging that you unreasonably denied her contact with her grandchild or grandchildren for the length of time required by statute, she is free to do so. But, you can always hire an attorney to represent you and hopefully show the Court that those allegations are not true.
