I would like to know if a grandparent has any legal right to visitation in Missouri, and if so, what are they.

Re: Grandparents rights
Generally speaking, a grandparent does not automatically enjoy rights of visitation. However, there is a statute in Missouri which allows a court to Order visitation rights for grandparents in certain situations.
