grandparnet's rights
we, 4, grandparents fear abuse is happening by the child's stepfather and mother is bipolar, not on meds. how can we save this child?? she has 3 others as well!!!!

If you truly bthink the child is being abused, report it to DFS. They are trained to investigate such matters. If you merely suspect it, you may also tell them so. If you think Mom is not taking her meds, and it endangers the kids, then you should let her doctor and perhaps DFS know of this.
