Guardenship in Missouri

I gave me mom and dad guardenship of my two girl almost three years ago because i didnt have a home for them but, now i have try to get them back and they seem to refuse me and i can only see them under there condision. my question is . I loive in georgia could i have the guardenship case moved to there because of the pull my mom and dad have in the state of missouri or do i have to have the case in missouri courts since thats where it started?

Jurisdiction of this matter is proper only in Missouri.
