guardianship removal

My girlfriend and I want to get married but she has a guardianship on her finances. Do I have to file for a review or do I have get her parents to remove it?

There is no such thing as a "guardianship on finances". Perhaps you should find out exactly what it is that you are talking about and then post a question.
