Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I have had guardianship of my son's half-sister for the past five years. My ex has now decided that she wants the guardianship terminated. She has only had visitation on every other weekend at my doing. She does not participate in school activities or any other activities of the child. She does not pay child support ( it wasn't ordered), nor does she provide anything, such as clothes, for the child. I need to know what I will have to do to prevent the guardianship from being reversed. She has filed the paperwork and I have a month til they ask for a setting. Please help, any response is appreciated.
