Guardinship modification

How can i overturn a guardinship?we gave guardinship to parents.and now they wont give kids back.cant afford an attorney wanted forms to get into court on my own.we didnt know we were just giving our kids away.but i want them back.please help me. Thanks.

It sounds like maybe you didn't have legal representation when you signed the guardianship consent forms in the first place, and you are now unhappy with the results. Still, even when it involves the most important thing(s) in your life, your children, you are asking for help on how to take legal action without an attorney. My advice is to get serious. If you really want to have any chance at all of terminating the guardianship and regaining your children, your only chance will be with the expert assistance of an attorney experienced in this area. Even with the help of an experienced attorney there are no guarantees. But, I can almost certainly guarantee that you will have little or no chance of winning without an attorney. Obtain a loan, sell your belongings, save your earnings, do what it takes to be able to afford an attorney.
