Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I guess my question would be . If my child is not enrolled in college at this point, What can I do about discontinuing paying child support to his mother .

First, look to the lan guage of your Support Order from the court. If the conditions for support have expired or ended, the you may be able to just stop paying. But,if it is unclear, or your wages are being garnished for support., You may need to file a Motiont o terminate or modify Child support.
