health care costs
I have to cover kids insurance with my job...but 75.00 a pay period is taken out of check. My decree states that husband has to pay 50% of out of pocket costs. I say this is out of pocket since company charges this to me who is correct??

"Out of pocket" expenses refers to the money you have to pay out of pocket for medical treatment or medicine which is not covered by insurance, e.g. copays, non-covered items, over the counter medicines and so forth. It does not refer to the moeny you have to pay for the health insurance itself.
