Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

Hello,

My wife estranged herself last weekend and refuse's to communicate in anyway.

I'm still at the house that I bought for her because she wanted to be close to her children but couldn ot afford it. Unfortunately, I was stupid enough to insist on having her name on lein too.

I'm very new to MO and do not know anybody ... so am considering, either just getting rid of the house (and anything else that bears her name alongside mine) or, having a rentor. Perhaps that way, I'll have atleast someone that I can speak to and it would help out a bit, financially. Hopefully it would help out the rentor too.

What, if any, are the legal ramifications ?.

It seems to me from the facts in your question that you need t consult with a family law attorney in the area where you live. Personally, I would need at least a couple of hours to attempt to advise you concerning your legal rights and duties properly. Be assured that what you don't know can and probably will hurt you. You may contact me if you would like to discuss this topic further. No matter what you do, please consult with an attorney without delay.
