Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My husband abanoded our home in Feb. He has now filed for divorce and wants to push me out of our home. I run a business out of our home and have two children(not his) that are in their senior year and 8th grade year.

Because I run a daycare business I don't show much income; so renting a house will be a challenge right now. Plus, how many home owners want to rent to daycare owners?

In addition, I am in the last few months of completing my Masters degree in counseling so that I will be able to get another job in a year from now.

We have only been married 3yrs and our home has little equity due to a second home loan. Also, currently, he is maintaining the mortgage and the car payment

Question: what is the likelihood a judge will force me to put the house up for sale before I graduate? What's a realistic time frame for the divorce being over-he just filed this week?

Any advice on how to be able to stay in the house til next spring so I can graduate and still earn money. I can't afford the house payment now due to finishing my last stages of school.
