Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My husband is having an affair , he won't leave but has cut me off financially and wants me to get out and leave the children. If I leave will that b considered abandonment?

There is no such thing as "abandonment" in Missouri for dissolution purposes. You need to stay put, hire an attorney, and follow your attorney's advice to protect yourself and your children.
