Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

me and my husband agreed upon using an alternative divrorce law office. they do all they legal paperwork upon are mutual agreements.they only deal with one spouse who was my husband. should i hire an outside attorney to check over the agreement before i sign . the only thing i have signed so far was the Resondent General Entry of Appearance stating i dont need to appear in court for our separation. should i seek outside attorney to look over the agreement

Your question is a very good indication that you need legal representation. Take a closer look at the Entry of Appearnce that you signed. I'll bet that it does not say what you said it does. Also, the attorney represents your husband and has a duty to represnt the best interests of his client, not you. I will almost gurantee that you would regret letting this go through with only the one lawyer representing your husband. Good luck!
