Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri
My husband asked me for a divorce Approx. 3 weeks ago.we currently have a mortgage on a home that i can not afford so i told him to do with it what he wanted.I am wondering if i should wait until the divorce is final to buy another home for myself or can i purchase one now without him trying to gain access to it. He said that he did not want anything in which i have it recorded along with threats and so forth. I am totally confused please help
