Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

If my husband buys a house with only his name on the deed/mortgage do i own half? Even if we separated/divorced? I am a home maker and he is the sole provider.

You can have a claim, under the facts you described. Therefore, it is unlikely that a lender or title company would allow him to transfer title without your signature, until a source is ordered.
