Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My husband contested my divorce filing 45 days ago and still waiting to hear from his attorney. How long he can hold this off? I want this over with. I have no kids and willing to give what he wants. I live in Missouri.

What exactly do you mean by "contested my divorce filing"? If you have an attorney you should discuss your question with him or her. If you do not have an attorney, you should hire one.
