Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My husband and his ex are going through a custody battle and have mediation coming up. I just want to know what will happen if she doesn't come up with the money for mediation? and what if she doesn't show up?

Obviously the mediation will fail and the mediator will in all likelihood report the facts to the court. Then, the dissolution will proceed on course.
