Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My husband and I are discussing divorce. He does not have a drivers license, we live in the state of Missouri. He is asking me to sign over a vehicle that is titled in my name only to him. Can I legally do that?

Yes, the law does not require a person to have a driver's license to own a vehicle. But, why would you sign over the vehicle? I would suggest not doing so until everything is worked out and approved in a Judgment of Dissolution.
