Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My ex husband divorced me after 28 years of marriage . He assured me things would be split evenly and that I did not need a lawyer. Loving him and believing him, I did not get a lawyer. Needless to say I was wrong about his intentions. the divorce degree is very vauge about propery and he did not mention even half of the assets. Can I get a lawyer and take him back to court. I was told I could, but I want to be sure.
