Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My husband ex-wife is telling us she is going to take him back to court for more child support because he is almost done paying child support on oldest child who is almost 21 and so all he has left is the 16 year old so she wants more money. I have a business that is only in my name that I had before we were married, I have never put his name on it, it is also a LLC, I am not sure if that matters in this situation. Can she use the income from my business to receive more child support or is it excluded? Thank you for your help!

Your business income will not be considered in any calculation of child support.
