Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My husband and I filed for divorce in Florida and he is being coached by his attorney daughter for free in Missouri. Can she be disbarred for this? Thank you.

From the facts that you have stated I do not believe that your husband's daughter would be sanctioned much less disbarred. She does not appear to be practicing law in Florida without a license, if in fact she has no Florida license. She may very well be discussing the case with her father, but I am doubt that she would advise him on Florida law unless she is licensed in that state.-
