Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My husband filed divorce papers in MO (uncontested) On the line where it states the reason instead of irreconcilable differences it says, "domestic REL" What does that mean?

You guess is as good as mine. It sounds like he used on line form and omitted the reason thinking that it was already complete.
