If you filing Jointly-Married, they taxing entities do not divide up nor make sure you each share with each other. If one of you takes it all and does not share, then that amount can be taken into account in a divisionof property Divorce Decree. Itg is not unhard of for one spouse to sue the other for their share of incoming funds. But, I am unaware of any such suit being successful.
