Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My husband is in jail how can I find out if he is writing and calling another woman. Plus I want to know who is visiting him. I have some woman harassing me she posted an ad on Craigslist giving out my name address and phone number telling men that I'm a prostitute she sent me a text message informing me that my husband is with her now said that he is using me to pay off his attorney fees and fines. Also to keep money on his books so he can keep in touch with her how do I find out if this is true because if it is in getting a divorce
