Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

me and my ex husband have joint custody of the three girls, he has them during the school year i have them on the weekends during the summer i have them on the week days ans he has them on the week ends. well this past year i have had them in most of the months during the school year and now that school is out he has not seen the two youngest ones since may before school was out he would come and get the oldest witch is 13 and ignor the others. finally she stopped seeing me around the end of junee and scott my ex husband came up for the fist time in august with the cops wanting the girks and they where at a friends house staying all night.now he wants to take the away from me the 12 year old said if she had to go back she would kill herselp the other she is 10 she would run away i am scared they hate their father and they do not want to go back what am j suppossed to do???????? pleasee help me
