Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

my husband left me and my 2 children to move in with a girlfriend. I had to move out of my house because I could not afford it and I barely make enough to eat, pay day care and get back and forth to work. I want to file for a divorce and child support, but I cannot afford to. What assistance if any is available in missouri?

If your spouse has abandioned you and his children. then you can go to the circuit court in teh county where the childrne live and seek assitanc with getting support for the children. You may be able to do this with little or no cost to you. If the childrne aren't his, then you can file a Pro Se Divorce case and get some assistance with filing the Form 14 for division of assets and support.

Good luck
