Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My husband and I have only been married almost two years. I lived with him for acouple of years before we were married. After our marriage he added my name and his oldest sons name to the house title. Do I have the right to ask for the house in the divorce or at least ask that he sell the house and split the money between the three of us?

If you ar going through a Dissolution of Marriage, you should have an attorney representing you and you should direct all questions to that attorney. In the meantime, I would guess that you have a marital interest in the house if for no other reason than that the house payments have been made during the marriage from marital property.
