Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My husband and I need to move out of MO into KS due to financial reasons and educationally for my 12 yr. old child. My ex-husband is over 5000.00 in arrears for child support, but started paying his child support 4 months ago. He has not chosen to call or see my child in 1 1/2 yrs. My divorce states that I need to send him a certified letter 60 days prior to moving. If he decides to fight this what are my options?

If you can show an economic need for the move, and that the child and father can still ahve signaificant interaction, then you may be able to overcome his objection. Obviously, you are not able to provide all the relevant facts in this limited space, so you can only get a general answer to your "what can I do?" question.
