My husband was offered a out of state job and I have 2 kids . I have full costudy. How do I let my ex husband know about it

You must give him 60 days written notice, unless your custody order sys otherwise. Often this notice is sent by mail. If you think that your ex might deny getting notice, you might send it via FedEx, UPS, or certified mail, etc.

The Notice must contain several different pieces of information required by statute. It should be quoted on your Judgment of Dissolution or Parenting Plan. Your ex will then have thirty days to file any objection he has in Court. If he does so, you should hire an attorney to represent you. I'd be happy to offer you a free telephone consultation.
